This cake was made for my moms 65th birthday, she is a very keen hiker and thought this cake was perfect.the cakes were a fruit cake and a chocolate cake. chocolate fondant icing and blue marbled with white to create the stream, then ginger and black jelly beans used for the rocks. mom was really stoked with the outcome, i was too!
